All prices are per person and day.
Prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 days.
Please ask for supplement for less days.

Prices shown will attract a tourist tax of Euro 3,40 per person (aged 14 years and over) per day, payable on departure.

Reservations and cancellations will only be accepted in writing

Confirmatory deposit

When booking we ask for a confirmatory deposit of about 35% of the total amount. The confirmatory deposit must be made within one week of the booking.
The confirmatory deposit will not be refunded in case of a client-side cancellation.

Discounts

for the 3rd/4th additional bed for children we apply:

• 50% for 2 to 5 years,
• 30% for 5 to 8 years,
• 20% for 8 to 12 years of age

Babies up to 2 years with cradle in the parents room: price/day is 25,00 Euro.
Groupdiscounts on request.
Garage included.

Dogs

Please understand, that we may accept your pet only after prior consultation. Dogs have no access to the lounge or dining room.
For your pet we calculate 15,- Euro per day, without dog food.

Arrival/Departure

The room is ready from 14 o'clock. Please plan the departure in a way that your room is free until 10 o'clock.
If the arrival is after 18 o'clock, we ask you to notify us.

Payment

We accept cash or cheques, and also the credit cards from VISA and Mastercard.

Guest Pass / Mobil Card

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Guest Pass will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure

The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil" network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization.

The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass. Cancellation

COVID 19

The desire to travel is currently associated with great uncertainty. To make the booking decision easier for you, we have modified the cancellation conditions:

Cancellation free of charge at any time in case of restrictions / travel warnings from official authorities, and also in case of personal COVID infection.

Cancellation free of charge till 30 days before arrival (the deposit paid will be credited for another holiday within one year).

For all cancellations for reasons not directly related to COVID-19, the following conditions apply:

• For cancellations between 29 and 14 days before the start of the holiday, a cancellation fee of 50% of the stay will be retained.
• For cancellations 14 days or less or for no-shows, In case of late arrival or early departure a cancellation fee of 90% will be retained.
